Based on the report from @Mr_Oyagiri on twitter, the soldier is not dead. He said "The military man wasn't killed, but knocked down by the BRT bus. He made calls in my presence afterwards. We begged him, but........."

Another passerby said he was slapped and asked to do frog jump.

Major action has to be taken on the part of the government to punish the perpetrators and prevent such an incident from occurring again. CHAOS ON IKORODU ROAD

Soldiers have locked down Ikorodu road because one of them was knocked down from his bike and killed by a BRT bus. The cause of the accident is unknown but from the information we have gather the soldier was driving on the BRT lane.
